The United States Golf Academy will offer an exclusive winter training session to assist you and your golf program in preparation for the 2009 season.  Our PGA Professional staff will be available throughout the winter to facilitate any of your instructional needs.  Located in Plymouth, IN at the Swan Lake Resort, the United States Golf Academy offers the most technologically advanced learning center in the coutnry.  Gasp Video Analysis, TRACKMAN Ball Flight Analysis, Science and Motion PuttLab, and LeaderBoard Total Golf Trainer make up some of the instruments we use to obtain maximum results out of every student that visits the academy.  As a high school glf program, your team has the ability to take advantage of our expertise through the following program:

"Team Development" will consist of the entire team (minimum of 4 players - no maximum) attending the Acadmey for a single session.  The session would consist of 4 hours of instruction ($400 value for private lesson time) and the students would have access to everything the Academy has to offer.  The Academy will provide 1 PGA instructor for every 5-6 students.  You, as the coach, can determine the direction of the "Team Development" session.  Some suggestions include:

• Equipment Analysis:  Using TrackMan, we are able to test everything from driver to wedge, to insure maximum performance.  We will create a yardage book for each player and make suggestions how to control "gaps" in that yardage.
• Putting Analysis:  Using PuttLab, we will be able to breakdown a stroke to 1/1000th of a second, 1/10th of a degree in rotation (clubface position), and 1 millimeter of distance.  We can also evaluate multiple putters and determine which putter is the best for each individual with PuttLab's Multiple Competence Profile feature.
• Swing Analysis:  Using Gasp Video, we are able to use a dual cameral system to breakdown a player's swing.  Frame by grame analysis allows the instructor to identify to the student "potential problem spots" in the swing and what to do to correct and or prevent errant shots.
• LeaderBoard Total Golf:  Used by over 50 PGA Tour Professionals including Adam Scott, Stuart Appleby, Geoff Ogilvy, and others, LeaderBoard Total Golf Trainer allows students to address swing, posture, and balance issues in their swing.  Increased power and stability result from proper use of this outstanding training aid.
